Coping with more loss

A couple of weeks ago, one of my aunts went to heaven and this week, a very dear friend did too.

Too much loss and sadness all at once.

I have lost a lot of people in my life. It is never easy.

My aunt was 88 and lived a good and long life. The sweetest woman ever! She and my uncle were married for 60+ years. Amazing!

My friend was only 56. We met at work and became friends really quickly.  I have known her for 14 years. She was the most positive and loving person. She would do anything for you if she was able. She was in a great marriage with a really great guy. They were so in love. They had the kind of relationship that everyone should be so lucky to have.

I will miss my aunt and my friend so much. My heart breaks for my uncle and friends husband(also my friend and coworker).

Rest in peace Frances and Pam. You will be in my heart forever.

Live life to the fullest! Tell your loved ones that you love them as much as possible. Be honest and as happy as you can…life is short…
