I have really lost track of time. I haven’t written a post since early February! Its been a very busy 2 months! Here’s is an update.
First, the doggy guests;
Rudy came back for 4 nights in February.

On the Art/Photography front, things have been busy!
Since February, 3 more of my photos and 1 of my paintings have been in 3 different juried art shows. The latest show was the Rhode Island Home show, where they showed local artists’ work for the first time. It’s been such an honor and so exciting to be in these shows. Here are the images and the painting that were/was chosen;

On a personal note, I have been on and off the dating sites, for the last 7 years. I really wish I would have kept a journal during that whole time, because it was wild. I met a lot of people, some nice and some not so nice. No real connection was made….until now!
Yes, all my requests to the universe, to bring me Love, have paid off! I finally took my profile down because I have met someone!
The first weekend of December, 2021, I was doing a 2 day craft show and during the first day of the show, I got a message on Match from a guy. We texted back and forth for a while that day. That night, we had a great 3 hour phone conversation. He didn’t want to wait to meet me, so he agreed to meet me the next day, at the craft show.
He arrived at the craft show, and my first thought was that he definitely looked better than his picture online. That was a good start.
So we talked the whole time and there wasn’t any lulls in the conversation. He stayed until the end of the show, helped me load everything into my car, followed me home, and helped me take everything into my house. So he was attractive, really nice, helpful, and kind right off the bat!
Since then, we have talked/texted every single day. We have seen each other every single weekend, except for 1, due to possible exposure to covid, which was luckily a false alarm.
Every weekend, even in the cold, we have gotten out and walked a trail or gone and done something inside like antiquing, which we both love. We have also gone on 2 little weekend getaways, which were so much fun! We have so much in common, want the same things out of life, and are really enjoying each others company. We are both so looking forward to the spring and summer so we can get out more and explore more things together, share more experiences and create new memories.
This the first relationship that I have been in since 2019. This is also the first time that I am talking about this publicly, except for my family and very close friends. I thought it was time to tell the world,(or the small amount of people who read my blog,) that I have finally found love and happiness.
