Time for a change

I need to make my house MY  house. I painted the paneling in the living room and hallway.

It really brightens the room up!

A girlfriend of mine said that the hallway wall was screaming for a picture that I shot from a vacation she and I took together. That got me thinking. I didn’t know how I wanted to decorate my new space. Now I know what I want to do. I love photography! And I love a lot of photos that I have taken over the years. So I am going to enlarge a lot of my photos on canvas and display them all over.

So I ordered a ton of photos, and they should be here soon! I am so excited to have something new to look at after all this time. My walls have been bare for about 2 years now.

As soon as the photos arrive and they are hung, I will post an update, so stay tuned…

I am trying to figure out who I am. I was with my ex for 25 years, 1/2 of my life. That’s a long time! It’s time for ME now. I can do anything that I want to do…the options are endless..

I have been on quite the emotional roller-coaster lately. I am trying to cope and deal with my feelings the best that I know how, which isn’t saying much. I am trying to stay busy. Now that the weather is getting nice, I am getting out of the house when I can. Cabin fever is not fun when you are on an emotional roller-coaster. Too much time to think.

I am looking forward to the new look of my living room and the inspiration of more positive thoughts and creativity. It can only get better from here!
